If you enjoy ever changing views of anything other than your neighbors house, don’t mind the smell of fresh air, or taking a walk on an unconventional sidewalk, take a closer look at what you have been missing. If you like the idea of your neighbors having four legs, or maybe being able to fly then this might be your home. If you’re not opposed to the birds eating a little more bird seed than they do in town, and you don’t think you will tire of counting deer and turkey on the hillside, then pack your binaculars or spotting scope because this is the perfect viewing station. And when it comes to magnificent sunsets, you will stop counting. But don’t worry, if you are missing anything, it is only 12 minutes to the west side of Dubuque, and a quick 8 minutes to the south end, all on hard surface roads of course.
Outdoor living at its finest:
Step out of the first floor living area onto a private deck perfect for grilling or just enjoying the evening. Steps connect this deck to a second deck at ground level complete with a custom bar height 2′ x 12′ marble table with brushed aluminum legs where you can sip a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquil sounds from the water feature while taking in the views. The water feature consists of three small falls and two pools. On the other side of the water feature is a fire pit, perfect for those late night conversations. If entertaining is your thing there is plenty of concrete pad to accommodate all of your friends.
